Dharma was the chief queen and still she is suffering so much. Ashoka is a prince and still he is suffering so much.

Initially when the show started, it was so full of action and the episodes used to be happening ones. But this Dharma death track is being dragged endlessly. 😕 Makers should realise that now viewers are getting irritated. Viewers know that it is Nirjara who died in Dharma's place. Then why maintain the so-called suspense for so many days? Why don't they now reveal that Dharma is alive and unite her with Bindusara and Ashoka?

Chanakya - supposed to be ruthless. But in this show, he is perhaps the most emotional character. He is always questioning himself, feeling guilty and repenting his actions. He is easily outwitted by Helena. And he is always shedding tears. True, his acting is very good. But if we compare him with the real CHanakya then there is a vast difference. 😲

Hopefully Dharma and Bindusara will get united soon and then we may see the story you shared coming true.

I had completely stopped watching the show.

Just recently, while changing channels few days back came to know that, Chanakya has been missing ? What is the new twist ?

And i find it very absurd that, till now they have shown Bindusara unaware of Dharma.! This is height of drama.! The very foundation of this supposedly historical show is fiction.

Any of the "old timers" watching the show now ?

Who is Ahamkara ?
Don't know why but i remembered Asandhimitra after hearing this name.!

Yes, after reading your reply i do think that Ahankara / Ahamkara can be future Asandhimitra, but this is just a guess..

As far as historical inputs are concerned, i have not read any "historical" text which tells us about the place Asandhimitra belonged to.

I decided to make a new post about wives of Ashoka as a forum friend asked me long back. Have collected the inputs, just need to arrange them and make a post.
