RHC - Roopsha's History Classes

A lot of you are already relying on wikipedia and other net sources for historical accuracy of the show. Please, please and please, I am begging you to not use them for historical accuracy. I know because I have spent FIVE YEARS reading up on and researching the Mauryan era. Most of the articles out there (especially that Kaurwaki wikipedia article) are not only inaccurate but incredibly cracked up. So please I am begging you. If you have any questions, just write out here I will answer them.

Also, please do not take this show too seriously. It is never going to be accurate.

I am so glad that I have a fellow lover of the Mauryan era. I have spent my time(not as long as yours!) researching Asoka; more so his dynamic wife Devi! My heart had been torn into two the day I found it was being made by Contiloe. They will kill the essence of it all. I so wish Nikhil Sinha had taken up the project!

I'd love to read the thread and might as well contribute(i.e. if you leave out anything!)

oh wow 5 years of research...
i know few things about him..
will surely ask you if i have any query tegarding the show...
you said right about not taking it to heart... mostly all historical shows present us with ficticious tracks(which i think is great insult to these great personalities)..

and we cant trust wikipedia on many things including historical facts

And yes, I know Wikipedia is IMO trash!! I rely on my own knowledge (although I am just a college student) and on other books etc. Glad to meet you here! Definitely will benefit from your knowledge! Do share your knowledge with us too 😊
