INTRODUCTION
Have you ever seen sky in the night? What you get to see? You just get overwhelmed with joy after looking at the sky full of stars with one moon, if it's not a cloudy night. Several stars twinkle over you like they are smiling at you and showering their affection over you. Then, suddenly you see a star rushing down the sky, it's a falling star. You close your eyes and make a wish which is pending for a long time or you want to fulfill it as soon as possible. But why are you asking something from a star which is soon reaching at its ultimate destiny? All that this falling star wished for itself is also soon going to burry in the sand. Its dreams are also coming to an end as its life. Then why you are expecting that it will fulfill your wish, why? Because somewhere you also believe that it also symbolizes a new birth and changes in one's life and also a wish for a better life. You have a belief that may be the dreams of the falling star are shattering with its diminishing but it will try its best to get your dreams come true at least. That's why you make a wish.
My story of "TOOTATA TARA" is all about a motherless child, "RAAGA". This girl shares a strong bond with stars, especially with pole star and falling stars. Why Raaga shares this bond with these stars, what kind of relationship they have, what these stars signify in her? All these questions will get their answers as this story moves on.
