Waisay MK looked gorgeous with that net ka dupatta but at least they should have avoided that in scene with maulvi sahab, it looked very odd

It's a bit odd how her shirt's backs are so deep and the net dupattas only.. it didn't happen back in the day.

Not sure about net dupattas but backs were deep for sure. I see family pictures from the 70's and 80's and am surprised at how deep the backs were. 😳

Yup not surprised by that in fact Pakistan was much more modern in 70s and 80s, My mum told me there was this news anchor who refused to cover her head when Zia imposed more conservative policies on PTV

The only thing I had a problem was that at least they should have respected Masjid and should have given her proper dupatta, fashion and all could have been shown in other scenes

Lol..am half & half.. 😳 Punjabi from mum's side, family in Lahore & Sialkot..dad's Urdu speaking, from Karachi..believe you me, short kurtas, deep galas and backs were the norm of the day. Oh and add braids and parandas too..in Punjab only (surprise surprise 😆) sometimes with Patiala type shalwars or bell bottoms.

Perhaps my lot watched too many movies and got influenced 😆
