Looking at Scarlet Wilson dancing in A Apple la (teaser) in the upcoming Priyamani-starrer Chandi, you can't tell she was "suffering from the worst fever of her life". Admittedly, the svelte beauty "was running a temperature of 102 degree and was throwing up constantly" while shooting for the song. "Oh! It was the worst experience ever. I'd arrived in Hyderabad two days before the shoot. After the first day of rehearsal, I just couldn't move. On the first day, director V Samudra asked me to leave as I was very sick,"recalls Scarlet.

Things improved the second day, but only marginally. "We started shooting at 6 am and after every shot, I was literally running back to my van to throw up and was being iced after every shot. Ah! It was an ordeal. But I'm very confident people will like it," she beams, adding, "It's not exactly a commercial number. Actually, I'm not sure what genre of music it really is. It has a nice Western feel to it and is a welcome change from the folk-sty numbers I did earlier."

Proud of her English roots, Scarlet is very meticulous with her preparations. "I'm English and naturally, very hard working. I sing to the lines for hours, until I know the song back-to-front. You will never catch my lip-synch go off in any of my songs," boasts the item girl-turned-actress, who is presently shooting for her maiden Bollywood venture " Woh Aadmi Bahut Kuch Janta Tha " opposite Rajeev Khandelwal. "We are in the final stages of shooting. It is a very quirky film. I'm excited and hopefully, will be acting in a Telugu film soon," she shares, before signing off.
