how can they ask rajni why she did nt abort

vaishnavs who do not eat meat etc are willingly ok with killing a baby????

I do not condone abortion but this has nothing to do with religion...It has all to do with personal beliefs..

she was unmarried then and she was in no way responsible for the pregnancy...any girl will first think of abortion...thts may be the reason they asked

What has being Vaishnav got to do with abortion? Ironically, through all the hoopla around abortion, when it happens to ones own daughter/sister outside wedlock, whatever the religion, abortion is almost always the first thought that crosses the parents/gaurdians mind, because then, the prestige of the family and the girl becomes more important than their belief's. Ironical, but true. This is what shows that practicality always rules over religious belief's.
