One more point I'd like to add - is his 'childlike' nature! Of course, it can be clubbed with him being charming .. but not all charming people are childlike always. Krish, deep down somewhere, is very child like which is why he is confused about his feelings. He doesn't want to hurt Paulomi...but can't completely deny his feelings either. This also makes him very human, I guess.. 😳
