Emily Griffin is a good author. She writes realistic romantic tales with good characterization and in depth look at relationships.

I think you should try:
- Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
- Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen
- Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchel
- Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte
- Sense & Sensibility by Jane Austen. Although it's not an out and out romantic novel, it's lovely. Marianne Dashwood is a lovable character ;)
- Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Montgomery.

Heyyy!!!

if your looking for adult romance, then I suggest all of 'Janelle Dension's' books, she's one of the 'hottest' writers...lol.... I have ebooks of some of her books, so if you want, lemme know by pm and al mail them to you...lol

but if you want 2 read teen stuff, then Stephnie Meyer's a good writer,, and Jaqueline Wilson's written teen romance (though, I'm not really much of her fan)...lol

If you like mystery \ romance I suggest the "In Death" Series by J.D Robb -
they are actually written by Nora Roberts under the pen name J.D Robb- The stories are interesting and the characters are engaging, especially the main character who is a homicide detective and her husband a billionaire who had acquired some of his wealth through not so legal means. The novel is set in the future 2050 thereabouts but that just adds fuel to the imagination.
I must warn though that some of the novels are a little bit gory and graphic - since the backdrop of each novel is normally a murder to be solved.
