I am halfway through "Oath of the Vayuputras." So far, it has been a big disappointment. It's a pity because I really liked "Immortals of Meluha" and thought "Secret of the Nagas" was good as well. I guess Amish tried to make things too scientific and real and complex in this one. The book is mostly lacking in everything that made the previous two books, and especially the first one, work. So far, at least. Let's see how it ends.

Well yes.I have finished the Oath of Vayuputras. It was quite amazing but yes in some place explaining things in scientific way Amish made things little confusing. Though Shiva Sati romantic moments give relief from those lengthy lectures I expected some more this time. But finally liked to see Lord Neelkanth's family together. Though the last few parts made me crying a lot.
