hey aishwarya 😊
is it really true? 😲who says sydney is an ugly writer?😲
😲coz i totally agree with u he is one of the best writers...😃
he had been the only author i used to read, when i started reading in 9th standard..
he is one of the few authors whose books are woman centered and show thier strength and powerful sides instead of thier meek and helpless sides... i havent read many so thts why i am saying this.. i may ofcourse be wrong..
now let me list mine preferences..
fav sidney book
if tomorrow comes tied in first position with rage of angles(the only book with a sad ending tht i like)
2nd position: are u afraid of the dark.... 2 women taking on the entire think tank😆😆marvellous
fav sidney villian
micheal morietti -rage of angels(i dont really see hiimm as a villian though... i think adam was a bigger dog than him😡)
kate blackwell-master of the games(again i dont know if she is a heroine or a villian... but she did everything and anything...)😆
fav sidney hero
jeff stevens😊(if tomorrow come)
micheal moretti(god am i confused or what? lol)(rage of angels)
fav sidney heroine
tracy whitney😊(if tomorrow comes)
ashley patterson /tony prescott(tell me ur dreams)... another shady character..but then none of them are all ms goody two shoes😆😆
least fav book
a stranger in the mirror and other side of midnight..

i also adore "i dream of genni" a tleviosion series written by sidney sheldon...
i watched all its seasons till they got married.. and i us love Dr. alfred Bellows.. poor old guy.. having to deal with major nelson and his hallucinations just when he was about to retire😆😆😆

Even to this day, Sidney Sheldon remains one of my absolute favorite authors. I can't believe critics panned him down simply because his writing did not deal with anything 'serious or relevant issues'. If nothing else, he has the ability to make readers care about his characters, which in itself is a great achievement. And while his stories may turn out to be predictable (especially if you have read a dozen or so of his stories), you'd still be having shivers of excitement running down your spine as you go through his work.

tell about ur fav sidney book - The Sands of Time. Possibly because I have a thing for "love in troubled times". The excellent characterization, the timesless and dramatic landscape [of Spain], the heartwrenching and hertbreaking romance and the story, the lives and past of the nuns - everything was interwoven so well into this epic. Very few other book had had such immsense and profound effect on me. But most people I come across dislikes this book for some reason. Possibly because it is the least Sidney Sheldon like.
about ur fav sidney villian - Can't think of one right away.
ur fav sidney heroine or hero - Hero: Jamie Miro; Heroine - Elizabeth
ur least fav sidney book/char/ending - The Other Side of Midnight, I think. Never understood the huge deal with it.

This is random, but did your previous username come from Sidney's book Stranger in the Mirror?

i absolutely agree with you here. i mean such a small no. of ppl read those serious kinds of books and if u want someone to fall in love with reading then initiating them with a sidney is much better i believe.

.thanks for the lovely comment... for 2 day i had ben wondering if me and aishwarya were the only ones reading sidney..😆
