why other actresses hide out?

i recently noticed that after kareenas bag all awards for jab we met,

i only see kareenas info,face story and news allover,

all other actresses specially aishwayra, rani, priyanka,priety all hide out to kareena,

even kareena comments on them they just ignore , like kareena says that she only consider rani as an actress pointing towards priyanka,

priyanka replied stating that she is my senior and she acheived her place

i dont understand this, suddenly how come kareena become no 1, and everbody favorite
