I am not sure whether YRF had anything to do with the 'initial' buzz.

Like they always do ..a song promo was released.This one caught peoples attention..like Dhoom-2 crazy kiya re..or Salaam namaste..because they were fresh!

One look at the song clips of Tashan,TPTM,aaja nachle,JBJ..most knew they would flop..Promotions would have not mattered much.They would have only recovered the extra cash they would spend

Yashraj films are shrewd and very careful with their money .This looks like a winner..so they have gone all out.Siddharth Anand was scared to ask YRF for a special video to be made.Now he is going to get it.

P.S.Bah promotion is being co-ordinted very well.On youtube-if any one posts the entire song of 'Khuda Jaane' it is removed like lightening.

After the initial bombardment of trailers on TV..2days back..they cut all of them into 30 second segments.Yesterday I didn't see a single promo on Sony .Nothing on the radio either.They want the audience to buy their music.The website is attractive too.
