The two unparalled contemporary divas of Bollywood, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor have always been pitted against each other. And this time around, the two have found a larger canvas than the 35 mm screen. While Ash is all set to sizzle on stage alongside the likes of Madhuri and Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena has already gone ahead and wowed the crowds in Amsterdam during the first schedule of SRK's 'Temptations: Reloaded'.
If not for sheer rivalry and an effort to outwit Ash in terms of popularity, why would Kareena choose to join SRK's world tour 'Temptations: Reloaded'. In what can be called a smart move, while the media was going gaga over Ash and the performance she would exhibit at The Unforgettables tour, Bebo went ahead and delivered a splendid performance so as to create a benchmark for Ash's performance in the times to come.
It can be recollected that the battle between the two divas has been going on for quite some time now and literally translated into a number game after both of them became the only two actresses to charge fees as high as four crore rupees. And while Ash easily managed to command this price with constant hits like Guru and Jodhaa Akbar , Kareena has managed to justify it after the failure of Tashan with her undying popularity as a performer. The bebo-licious actress has been responsible for making the crowds go into frenzy at every other event that took tinsel town by storm this year.
Last but not the least, while Kareena continues to rule as the hottest bombshell, Ash gives her tough competition with fewer but classier characters. And as Bebo finally gets back to size one as she shoots for Main Aur Mrs Khanna followed by Milenge Milenge and Billo Barber , Aishwarya continues to bask in the glory of her status of a Bachchan bahu. And before you think the year is dedicated to social-dos, well Ash will soon begin shooting for yet another Mani Ratnam film later this year that will see her spending time with co-star and hubby Abhishek. Hitting two birds with one stone, eh?
