i don't know how many times i saw that scene..and when the door closes..still now it gives me a shock
oh yes.. i always keep on hoping that paro will reach deva in time at least once but somehow she never does. sanjay leela bhansali really shot that scene excellently. he makes the viewer wish paro & deva will actually get to meet every single time the scene is played. wah!👏👏 that's why he's one of my all-time fav directors. credit should also go to the actors who played out the role well. aishwarya & srk were fab in that particular scene.👏

Leena, definitely, that climax scene left a lasting impact that lingered even after the end credits slipped by. It was heart-breaking to see Devdas lying there and the doors shutting together just as Paro was about to reach him.😭
i felt the end credits came too soon. it seemed there was more to the story than it was shown. you can't help but wish that the story could continue from where it stopped. that deva would actually wake up and take paro away but it never happens..😭😭😭
oh you forgot paro's yearning screams for deva. when she screams deva all throughout the time she's running to him it just gives me the chills.😭😭😭 it was as if paro was in extreme physical agony, her screams were just so heartwrenching. the last minute or so when the door closes and paro gives this last long scream & deva draws his last breath at the same time.. haila.. i become speechless with sadness.😭😭😭 devdas is one film i can never quite get bored of. the climax bothers yet fascinates me.😊
