Actor Manoj Bajpai who despite delivering some power packed performances in films like Shool, Kaun, Ghaath, Pinjar and Zubeida has never been able to strike jackpot in Bollywood and has been limited with few films says he would have loved to do more movies but is not approached with scripts that would move him.

"I'm an actor, acting is my profession and which actor would not like to act but somehow the scripts with which I'm approached does not move me enough so that I can take it up," he said.

The actor says that he is happy with the kind of work he has done and he is proud of the choices that he has made.

He added, "This has been the bottomline of my career but I'm happy with the work I have done. Just because you are an actor, you should not act in all the movies you are approached with. You have to be choosy about roles. You need to work under nice directors, need to have good scripts that assist your work."

Bajpai is currently filming for Juggad, based on the true story of an advertising professional Sandeep Kapur in New Delhi, whose office is sealed by the city's municipal authorities during the recently held ceiling drive in the capital. Manoj plays the role of the protagonist in the film.

As usual with most of his movies, Manoj's will have a face a choice towards the end of the movie, like a Greek tragic hero.

"It is a very moving story — it could happen to anyone of us, any day," he says, "The film is about hardships, about how one should stick to the right path to succeed even if the going is bad and you are the most vulnerable to do anything to make it right."

Manoj, who is also acting in other projects like Money Hai Toh honey Hai, Acid Factory and Rajniti, says he has no complaints against Bollywood for not giving him his due. "I do not have any complaints to make, I don't crib. I'm very satisfied with what I have done and got so far," the actor says.

According to Manoj, he is not a kind of a person who will sit back and whine about opportunities lost. "I'm not the kind of person who will sit down and think about opportunities lost. One has to look ahead. You should not look back anytime. It's frustrating and pointless," Manoj signed off.
