the wedding receptions i have been to always for the couple slow dancing they play the song frum HUM TUM(love song)
the song goes like this:
Saanson ko saason mein dhalnde do zara
dheemi si dhadkan ko badhne do zara
lamhon ki guzaarish hai yeh, paas aa jaaye and on and
on

another song i can suggest is TUM SE HI from jab we met.
i know 2 more for the entrance of wedding bride but ill tell u later i need to go find it. 😛

and umm actually all the weddings i have been to play songs for the entrance of the bride and have a slow dance at the reception ... i agree that it is more american .. but all the indian wedding that happen in the USA or canada have songs!!!
