Royal advice from Saif Ali Khan's dad.

The lovey dovey twosome of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor has been given the blessings by proud papa and ace cricketer Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi.

Speaking to reporters, the Nawab of Pataudi, Mansoor Ali Khan said, " My son is very happy with Kareena and I'm happy for him. I want Kareena to keep my son happy always." He had some word of wisdom for the couple before they plunged into marriage," "A serious relationship is all about long-term commitment and marriage. Saif and Kareena must remember that everything won't always be rosy and there will be times when they'll be mad at each other and then, loyalty, mutual trust and respect will be essential."

"Before taking the plunge, they must remember this and be very sure of their commitment to each other," said a cautious Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Yashraj's Tashan is ready in which the sizzling duo is ready to hit the silver screen in April. Saif proposed to Kareena on the set of Tashan and now they are heading towards marriage.

On younger sister Soha's marriage, papa Pataudi commented, "Soha is very close to me and I connect with her on a deeper level. She confides in me quite a bit but that doesn't mean she tells me everything. I only believe in giving the best education to the kids and supporting them always, but I will never meddle in their lives when it comes to taking the most important decisions of their lives."

Awww how sweet!!!

I agree with him. Saif and Kareena should not rush into things. They should think twice about it and understand that marriage is a serious relationship. Im sure they are both matured adults and will be able to handle their relationship with dignity, honesty and pride.
