honestly..i dont even remember watching a full epi of the 2nd season...it was soooo blah....i duno how ppl actually managed to watch that show 😕

haha same here...i have no idea who won....actually..i dont even noe their names...all i noe is that none of them were worth being actors...compared to the contestants from season 1...the girls werent even pretty...and guys i dont even remember their faces loll

oh yeah naman shaw..lol....also divyanka and sharad from dulhan fame were in india's best (it was called india's best back den, it changed to cinestars for season 2)

yeah there were no controversies in season 1...it was a clean show...all contestants were friends and shared a good relationship...it was a healthy competition...and really fun to watch...i loved everything...their acting on stage, their acting onscreen, solo performances, duets, group performances....comedy, action, romance...everythign was amazing...

infact even after sooooo many years...i styl remember some of teh scene enacted by the actors...

like the one with aditi wen shes on the bus..
den aditi and mohit chaddha - the comedy one where they are at home and their tv doesnt work so they act out as different actors
shraddha and sarvar - hes a bad boy type... shes an innocent girl...how they fall in love
sarvar and mohit - wen they go to the gym and start flirting with girls..and they have a fight with sum goons there
aditi and shraddha - they were motorbikes and all...and they end up doing sum action in court loll

den sum older ones as well..abhishek being a tapori and all
bhaumik and yuvika's chemistry...esp the performance live on stage...at the end of it they were lying on stage staring into eachothers eyes....

abhishek's dance...

ahh..memories memories..i wish they can air the whole season again...i wudnt mind watching it from begining to end all over...even the auditions were fun 😆

omg! u juz brought bk sooo many memories. I feel like it watching it again ... I think it wasn't the looks factor which was lacking in season 2.. i think it was juz the standard on the whole.. I rmbr in season 1, when they went to different states for auditions, even then the girls n the guy luked pretty ordinary.. but wow, wen they came over to mumbai, they had an amazing transformation..... For eg. Aditi ! she had the plain jane next door looks wen she had auditioned, but she looked gorgeous with a haircut, makeup...

and yeahhh i rmbr the scenes soo clearly.. lol back in 04.. i used 2 always wish tht yuvika n bhaumik will fall in love in real life coz of their amazing chemistry...

Even the judges in season 1 were fun ! I mean the judges in season 2 were gd also, but they were very serious n critical.... I loved Satish Kaushik.. i rmbr yuvika once called him a teddy bear.. n yuvika was his fav. girl! I had hoped he would prolly cast Yuvika and Bhaumik in a film ..

And i liked the promos too ! Like Preity, Salman, Priyanka, Sunny Deol all saying "Are you ready for your big break?"

what touched me most was wen amruta got eliminated along with abhishek... n i think she was back stage.. then Satish kaushik said smthg like "Jaane se pehle, abhishek u hv to do a dance"! .. and then he was dancing to Ishq samundar.. then frm the backstage, amruta was watching the tv n saying plss can i go n dance the last time n then she joined abhishek on the stage in the middle of the song ....

Season 2 seemed all so made up n tried hard to be a "reality" show with controversies n stupid antics.. but ended up being a flop.. unfortunately..

Sigh, india's best season 1 was one of the best shows on Zee.. ! Man, suddenly i soo want to watch it again..
