Jodhaa Akbar 'butter' the Rajputs

Disruption of facts in Jodhaa Akbar has been the talk of the Nation. Jodhaa along with her better half found hard time to please the audiences in her hometown. Well, Amul gives the duo an opportunity to butter the community which is annoyed with the film.

We are sure the makers will be hoping that the protestors melt with the smell of delicious butter this time (whatever works for that matter) and hysteria does not repeat itself. 'Waise bhi, jab kaam mushkil ho, toh thoda butter lagana hi padta hai'.

this movie does not tell history correctly..there is no mention of the sikhs who were the ones to get rid of the moghuls from india.

The Sikhs did put up a very very brave figh against the Moghuls and were quite successfull in controlling them to a great extent. All history books talk about this.

JA is not squat history...its 99% fiction....except for the 2nd battle of panipat where young akbar defeats king hemu that was the only fact. and the fact that akbar was married twice... 2nd wife being bairam khan's widow...and then he married the hindu rajput princess and later many more is not shown...so how can you believe that she would have been important in his life?....and yes the sikhs faught the mougals bravely...but the story didnt come till there...so no fault.

Well the Moghuls actually enjoyed very good relationship with the earliest of sikh gurus. It's even said that Humayun went to take Guru Angad's blessings to regain the throne of Delhi.

In fact, Amritsar was built on the land gifted to Guru Angad's daughter in marriage by Akbar 😊

And this movie showed early life of Akbar. Conflict with Sikhs was not even a concern then.....😛

very true Mini.. it was Aurangzeb and his strict polcies and hatred towards other religions.. he was converting Hindus forcefuly to Islam and Sikh Guru's stood against this policy and came to rescue of Hindus. Guru Teg Bahadur and Guru Govind Singh .. 9th and 10th Gurus sacrificed their whole family fighting against Mughals and their Injustice... IT IS WELL DOCUMENTED IN both Sikh History and HINDU history😊
and AKBAR was the best Mugual ruler ever
