Bachchans stay away because of SRK?

Amitabh Bachchan and his parivaar were conspicuous by their absence at the Filmfare Awards function. According to sources, the reason behind is none other than the presence of Shah Rukh Khan as one of the anchors for the show.

According to sources, last year too Shah Rukh Khan had said something Amar Singh, to which he took offence. The following day Amar Singh's party members created a ruckus outside SRK's house and he had to rush from his shooting early to pacify his terrified children. Later, the actor had said that he wondered why people who cannot take a joke come to the function. He said the function was for the film fraternity and people who attend understand the inside jokes. This year it seems that once Amar Singh found out that SRK was hosting the function, he decided to skip it and so did the Bachchans. The official version was that they were still n mourning. But just last week, the Big B's family attended the premiere of Jodhaa Akbar, and a few days later, Abhishek and Aishwarya were seen dancing at a function. So it is obvious that the mourning was an excuse to skip the function with King Khan behind the mike.

why do they act this way! it's not professional at all. im sorry to their fans but they are acting like children. please dont mind i appreciate their acting but still they shud go to awards and stay their atleast for their fans. they shud do this much. i wud understand if there's an emergency but otehrwise because of SRK , it is no reason to miss great award shows! 😆 they are so silly!

Thats ok with me..and why should they be htere to be the joke of the "SRK Family" - SAif, Juhi, Priety, KJo, Arjun Ramphal etc.

And these awards should get some host who is not partial to his own movies, his own friends etc....I know SRK do a great job but he does not have to be there all the time , making koes on others..why he does not make jokes on - Farah, Sajid Khan etc.

So I guess it seems these awards are the family affairs for SRK and his friends and them nay people do not want to go and see their silly acting on stage...

You see the gathering for yourself....It is getting worse year by year. All the otehr producers and directors never come to them now..except the one nominated...

So I guess these awards have to get better than playing pally to SRK...

Bachchans stayed away because they were in mourning. Amar Singh's father passed away recently. I don't think SRK or Saif has guts to make fun of Bachchans without their permission😛

No Amitabh! Poor Rekha! All the time she spent on getting dolled up for the Award function while humming "Sajana hain mujeh sajana keh liyeh" went down the toilet. Khair better luck, aagle saal😉

if its true then i think the bachchans are very childish and anyway i dont think they were missed.
