Pardon me Punjabi_chicji I think you are holding the paint brush by the bristles.

I dont think dyslexia is a reason for the parents to push the kids towards art, but a hit movie is .. Anything thats hit or famous is the in thing for the parents .. Dyslexia has nothing to do with this ..

Ash, This is what I was talking about when I said that I am not convinced with TZP ending. If every child is special then that special child need not win first position to prove anything. By showing that it contradicted the very core of the film.

There shouldn't be pressure on kids to win first positions but help them to succeed. Success is not always winning positions.

This cartoon exactly depicted my sentiments. Hilarious!

For those who think that Dyslexia is a disease then it is not. It is just a disorder which many have and yet don't realize. TZP was more of parental pressure than being Dyslexic. The movie had to show why Ishaan was not good in school so had to show the disorder. But the movie forgot to show why Ishaan was dis-obedient? 😉

Have you seen the movie? the movie is about a child with dyslexia which this animation refers to.

The movie does not focus on art itself, its shown as a talent of Ishaan because dyslexic children often excel in creative and artistic subjects naturally without any help becuase it helps them to express.

Yes seen the movie .. loved it .. But This cartoon is just about the parental pressure in the movie more than dyslexia .. I dont think there is any thing offensive about the cartoon since parents do tend to go overboard about anything that is hip and succesful (like I said about Sachin and Indian Idol) now Painting and creativity seems to be the in thing ..
