Celina made BAKRA on Golmaal Returns sets
On the sets of Rohit Shetty's Golmaal Returns in Goa, Celina Jaitely was the butt of a prank played by the director. So embarrassed was she at the end of it that she vowed to get back at Rohit on its next schedule.
Rohit Shetty narrated the funny incident to us, "Almost the entire male cast of the Golmaal sequel was the same and only the heroines were new to the sets with whom I was working for the first time and Celina Jaitley was one of them. On the first day when she entered the sets I was canning a shot and I was screaming at everybody – 'How could this happen?' That itself frightened her. Then when she came to know that a mad dog had gone berserk on the location, she got frightened. Someone came running and informed that the mad dog had bitten an assistant director and we could see people running and someone was being carried away. The entire situation became worse for Celina and she started panicking."
The young filmmaker further continues, "One of the ADs has the knack of barking like a dog. So he came from behind and started making barking sounds behind Celina. She became stiff and scared. He bent down and went close to her legs and made growling sounds. Celina started jumping with fear. She jumped and screamed three times up and down. I canned the whole shot and we all burst out laughing. That is when the actress came to know that we were playing a prank on her."
Our source on the sets adds, "Celina's immediate reaction on knowing that it was a prank played on her was full of anger and she stomped into her make up room. But when she was back on the set she was more chilled out."
Celina was also recently a target of a prank by her Money Hai To Honey Hai co-star, Upen Patel who called her one early morning mimicking one of the crew members and inviting her for an immediate shoot when in real it was an off day for all.
