Move over SRK, Shahid's here

Luck is smiling bright on Shahid Kapoor these days. After Vivah and Jab We Met's super success he has esteblished himself as the next loverbo.

No wonder now Yash Raj Films has approached him for a love story.

The film will be made on a lavish scale. It is rumoured that either Aditya Chopra or his close associate Anurag Singh will direct the film as the project rolls in March 2008.

A source also tells that Shahid loved the script and gave the nod to YRF. He is meeting many filmmakers after Jab We Met. He is signing films after much deliberation. He wants to choose the right scripts.

So now we can finally say that Shahid Kapoor has arrived and made his way to the big league in Bollywood.

Srk is the next loverbo for sure but Srk is a legend but Shahid has wiped the floor of Srk this year keep it up Shahid 👏

I thought Shahid did a great job in Jab We Met. For the first time, I liked Shahid-Kareena's onscreen jodi. When Shahid entered the industry, he was considered a replacement for SRK as the "next loverboy of Bollywood". But things did not go so well for him regarding box office success. Now, thanks to movies like Vivah and JWM, he could be well on his way to becoming the next lover-boy of Bollywood. 😃 SRK is SRK and I adore him but we can't expect him to play the young college lad in Bollywood movies now. Shahid w/his talent, innocent looks, dancing skills, charisma and in general, hard work nature, is the right actor to pass the torch to.

why mention srk when not needed. shahid is good actor but he is nothing compare to srk. srk has won the race many times whereas shahid has just started to learn how to run. first let shahid come even close to hritick. srk is way ahead and is the best of the best. 👏
