I think its coz kareena is her sis that she had the right to do that. As an elder sister, she must've been getting sick and tired of all the negative publicity Kareena had been getting. Karisma couldnt do anythign about a lot of it, but htis question was directly posed to her. In a way, she lashed out at the media for their idiotic intrusion.

As I've said before, its not about Karisma approving or disapproving SAIF. Its about karisma lashing out at the MEDIA. Obviously, she's sick and tired of the media making her lil sister's life a living hell. They've given kareena so much negative publicity this past few months, and unlike kareena, she's totally in tune with what's being written in the papers. She couldnt do anything about those articles, but this question was in her power. And so, she did the right thing. She set those reporters straight, by showing them their limits. Why should she give them a right to intrude on kareena's further? She's very protective of her kid sister, and we can see that right here.
