Why to go too far? Kareena Kapoor called Bipasha 'Kaali billi' once and also made comments on her looks when they were shooting for Ajnabee.

We need to stop making ads. which shows guys rejecting a dark skinned and then changes mind after she becomes fair thanks to fair n lovely and fairever etc. First of all this is demeaning to all girls because pleasing some random guys is not every girl's dream and second the discrmination based on skin color. It is sad that in India after the baby is born still the first question is about baby's color.

Every country have people with prejudices.

Racism was, is and will be around as long man lives. Always people will have different colors and their pride for their identity will result in discriminatory comments.

Everyone talks about discriminating acts against the Asians....why? Don't Asian's comment on the Blacks or the whites? When a gora goes to India, people gather around him and kids follow him like wow! free show out of the zoo. Even after so many years the being called a Paki is more discriminatory than the F word.

Hello! before 1947 you were the same.

Talk about other races????? My cousin sis's color is like Bips. She lived in lower Manhattan and one day when she passed two desis were like, "look at her color...kaali bhoot and she is trying to be fashionable!"

Okay, now, Bipasha, I am kaali too and I am proud of it. You go girl (just don't seek more attention on this matter by giving interviews)

omggggggggggggg i feel so sorry for bips, has gone through such stupid comments ....btw we, the asians give them many respect which shudnt be ...thus make them think that they r the most superior everywhere...but its sad to say the racism was, is n will be ...its not thats easy to stop it ...so just avoid them ...thnks

but ofcourse 😛 we don't have bad things to say about white skin color, cos are we not the ones blindly bleaching ourselves and now our hair too to reemble them ? 😉

anywhow, my point- racism is everywhere.
when we do it, it is okay, but when some roadside loser hurls a comment at bipasha, it is such a big news why?
why are all indian women in cinema so hurt about their skin color comment? when do they plan to stop using peroxides and wearing make up to look fair?...

if any of them REALLY FELT about racism being an issue hurting us Indians, they wud have taken bigger steps to come together and raise a voice, instead of interviewing for page 3.. just my opinion..

i love bipasha basu to.. so her fans please dont get offended..
i see this as a publicity stunt for promoting GOAL actually 😛

Like they commented on my cousin. It is normal.

its strange to think that when Arshad and she got to face racial comments near a traffic signal, there were no camera persons or hidden cameras that captured this incident - now sometimes later that victim herself comes to media and announces and humiliates herself is something I cannot buy, surely I agree with QT and Maya that its a publicity stunt....

but I also feel sorry for those who think that color is everything.... and I feel sorry for those also who humiliate others based on color....

in 21st century where everyone is supposed to be broad-minded and liberal, its sad to learn that some of this developed country people havent thought of this most basic obvious fact that we are born with those attributes

and there is no need to get offended when anybody calls you name... phew, infact when my sis told me about this incident then I laughed and said if I was in Bips' place I would have laughed even more loudly on them for their squeezed mentality 😆 😆
