Salman's fee for charity

Salman Khan has a heart of gold - isn't that well-known by now? That Salman is very much into charity is also no secret anymore. But here's something you didn't know and the actor wouldn't like to shout from rooftops about it.
Not many are aware that Salman hasn't charged a single penny yet to the producers of PHIR MILENGE. In fact, he has left it to the makers' discretion to decide upon the amount that he deserves for the film. Now something like this is unheard of in today's times.
But that's not the end of the story. The actor has decided that whatever money may be forthcoming from the makers of PHIR MILENGE will be quickly donated to a municipal school near the actor's residence in Bandra.
Salman was caught unaware when I called to confirm. "Yes, it's for a charitable cause," Salman informs me. That's another benevolent side of the actor - doing charity, but keeping mum!
