oso was better man sawariya was so stupid i did understand it....i mean devdad was roken but the end bit yh ok we understand but the enden of saawariya killd it! and in da whole movie i didnt see anysunlight man kabhi din nahi hua in 4 dayz!

The story is written about the 4 nights where the boy falls in love with the girl.

There is no referance to day time.

I personally liked it! It wasn't the best movie ever but not as horrible as people make it to be!
And no you don't need to understand about two people in love or not? It was beyond that..it was about Gulabji's empty life, Ranbir's innocence, Sakina's insanity. The movie isn't really about love. It goes beyond that, you have to really look deeply into each scene to understand the underlying message that SLB was trying to give. Some people might not have looked at it that way so they don't find the movie good.
But to each their own!

Im a big fan of SLB and I loved Devdas and Black but i gotta say Saawariya wasnt that good as his previous movies. SLB really disappointed me when he said in his interview that saawariya was his best bcuz I really expected alot more from him and this certainly wasnt his best and the BO has proved it.
