John to work with Ash?

Director Rohan Sippy is turning producer with his next film that stars John Abraham with Aishwarya Rai in all probability, for a love story directed by Sriram Raghavan. Sriram reveals, "We would love to have Aishwarya on board but she hasn't signed the contract or given dates. John and Ash will make an interesting pair and the story too will be unlike other romantic tales."

After offbeat films like Johnny Gaddaar and Ek Haseena Thi, Sriram is excited about this new genre. "I am scared about attempting a love story but anxious to get started too. The film's script is ready and we should be rolling next month," he said. This will be the first time John is paired with Aishwarya though earlier they had planned to sign Happy Birthday, which incidentally had Sriram Raghavan as director. However, the project was shelved.
