Shahid hopeful but Kareena cares less
Shahid Kapur is still optimistic about getting Kareena back in his life despite her having made up her mind on dumping him for Saif Ali Khan. The deserted lover boy is making all possible efforts to woo her back.
Shahid is busy shooting in Toronto for Aziz Mirza's Lucky Charm and will be returning back to Mumbai in the first week of October. "He is bombarding her with sentimental text messages and e-greetings every day. It is a different matter altogether that she has not responded to a single one of them," reveals a close pal of Shahid.
Shahid's fears of Bebo preferring the Chote Nawab over him had started coming true since the time she completely stopped communicating with him during the Jaisalmer schedule of Tashan (co-starring Saif) a few weeks back. He sent around 25 SMSes every day during that period but none was replied to. Then, as he planned a birthday surprise for her, by visiting Mumbai before schedule the very same week, reports and pictures of his girl openly hanging out with her new found affection and indulging in PDA came out. This made him extremely depressed and he started keeping to himself on the sets of Lucky Charm in Canada. His interactions with co-stars Vidya Balan, Boman Irani and the crew members came down to a bare minimum. Yet undeterred, he continues messaging and emailing Kareena," adds the close pal.
On the other hand, Kareena has started discarding stuff that she used to do for Shahid one by one, if our sources are to be believed.
"Bebo had taken up Yoga and turned to spirituality, after being influenced by Shahid. For more than a year she had been practicing Yoga daily. But for almost a month now she has stopped doing it. Her early to bed and early to rise schedule has been totally disrupted as she is been spending almost every evening out with Saif and returning back very late at night," says a friend of Kareena.
"Kareena has also started eating non vegetarian food again. Despite being a huge meat lover, especially the Chinese cuisine, the Kapoor Khandaan girl had turned into a complete vegetarian under Shahid's influence. Incidentally, just a few weeks back, she was awarded the "Cutest Vegetarian" Award along with actor Madhavan. But now with Shahid kicked out of her life, she cares less about all the habits she had got herself into because of her relationship," concludes the friend.
