A fter After 19 years of working as an assistant director, Hadi Abrar is all set to make his debut as a helmer with Googli featuring Govinda. Hadi is the son of yesteryear's actress Kum Kum. The film will be produced by Sunil Thadani, on-line producer of Partner. Abrar said, "The news about us signing Govinda is correct, but I'm not in a position to divulge anything more. I'm restricted from commenting on this project. I'm allowed to talk about it only once we have finalised the entire set-up." The title Googli suggests that the film is cricket-centric. To that Abrar says, "No, no, it has noth- ing to do with cricket or any oth- er game. It's a comedy ." The film will have two heroes and five heroines. Hadi Abrar has assisted Ashutosh Govariker (Pehla Nasha and Baazi), Ram Gopal Varma (Rangeela), Mansoor Khan (Akele Hum Akele Tum) and three movies with Dharmesh Darshan.
