Urmila to Play Simi Garewal's Role in the Remake of Karz

After performing a sizzling item song in RGV Ki Aag, actress Urmila Matondkar is all set to play 'Kamini' in the remake of the film Karz. 'Kamini' was played by Simi Garewal in the original film.

According to Bhushan Kumar of T Series, Urmila was their first choice as they didn't want someone too old; and Urmila fits the bill. He also informs about a special song in the first half of the film.

Urmila takes this role as a challenge. She looks forward to do this song which has been added especially for her. Singer turned actor, Himesh Reshmmiya will portray Rishi Kapoor's role and the film will be directed by Satish Kaushik. However they are yet to zero down on an actress for Tina Munim's role in the film.

She's back and is fleeting high. 😳 .She will be scorching again with her 'hullaballoo' actions 😆.An intractable gratification to see her back. 😳 .Wish her luck hereafter.

Thanks for the article.😊

There was another article that Sushmita Sen was playing that role. I think Sushmita would have done better justice. Urmila just overacts.

I loved the film Karz, so I hope that the remake is just as good. The music was great and it still creeps me out if I watch the film after 11pm 😆 😊

No idea what kind of history Urmila has created. If flapping eyes is acting yes then she has created history. If shedding clothes and dancing in a vulgar way is good acting, then yes she has created history. And above all this is just an opinion about Sush being better than Urmilla. Your statement for me to accept the truth is the most ridiculous thing ever. I really don't care who acts in the film or not, it was just a plain opinion. So here's an advice for u. Don't overreact.😆
