Namastey, Oscar library!
The script of Vipul Shah's Akshay-Katrina starrer Namastey London has been chosen for the Academy of Motion Pictures library.
The academy, we are told, got in touch with Vipul directly to procure the script.
"It seems so that we are on the radar as we didn't make any particular attempts to reach out to the library, but out the blue, I received this call requesting for the script."
Namastey London finds its place among Finding Nemo, Million Dollar Baby and The Passion of the Christ and Indian films like Devdas, Kal Ho Na Ho and Lagaan. Now that's a tall order for Namastey London!
