Bipasha Basu gets the blues

Recently, while shooting in Dubai for Abbas-Mustan's Race, Bipasha gave her friends a nasty scare when she suddenly decided to withdraw into a shell.

"She suddenly became a recluse and wouldn't go out with us anywhere.

Bipasha would just disappear after the shoot," says one of her co-stars.

Moody maiden

Explains Bipasha, "Sometimes even I have my moods.

I know they all got anxious.

I was going out every night with them earlier. Usually, I don't go out while I'm shooting because I like to report the next morning on time and looking fresh.

But while shooting in the earlier schedule in Durban (South Africa), they'd all wait for me to finish gym and we'd go out every night."

Calling it a day

After 20 days of swinging till the wee hours, Bipasha had a mood swing. "I just didn't want to go out any longer.

They got panicky and everyone was like 'What happened?' 'What's wrong?' Akshaye Khanna got specially insistent. But there was nothing wrong.

I just wanted to call it a day at a decent hour, watch a film on DVD or go to sleep early. So for the next 15 days, I didn't go out at all."

This had the unit worried. "I know," Bipasha grins. "It was hard for them to accept that I just wanted to be alone.

'Hey guys can I just watch my DVD, please?' is what I would say to them. The fact is, I'm a home bird.

I like to be on my own. For me, it was too much effort to shoot the whole day, work out and then go out."

dvd or a good book n warm house with warm drink now thats what you call a great night!
