As I only know Satish as an actor and enjoyed the roles he played (and how he played them), his private personality won't infect this impression. My life experience tells me that nobody knows a person, only what a person let you know (and that can equally happen for oneself).

Satish was out of work for many years...that also can change a person...

God, this feels personal because I watch Sarabhai regularly

Just read that his wife has Alzheimer's and he got a kidney transplant earlier this year so that he could live longer and take care of her.

He was on dialysis. I believe they don't have kids, I wonder who will take care of his wife now. His soul must be so restless.

A lot of people were in constant touch with him it seems. Farah Khan, JD Majethia, Johny Lever, Sachin Pilgaonkar have all mentioned they spoke to him recently. Atleast he was surrounded by love when alive.

The Sarabhai cast really loves each other. I had tears watching Sumeet's insta post for Satishji.
