DTPH is the worst Filmfare ever won in the best actress category. Just because someone is old doesn't make them a good actress. 😂

More or less yes. She wanted these PR headlines of having the most Filmfare awards and that’s why she “got” the award. She didn’t even have enough sense to wait a few years and put some distance between herself and last year’s backlash. She could have beaten this record in a few years since she only needed one more win. But she wanted it now. This was also her first film from her own production that she established a couple of years ago. So expect that headline too about how her production company has 100% success rate, or something along those lines. I suspect that going forward every time a movie of hers doesn’t work these headlines will pop up.

Filmfare has lost its credibility long ago. Who reads these mags these days ? Getting award for Jigra ?

Bollywood is sinking be it actors, their movies or awards. Its pathetic !

Next year she could have gotten for alpha and uske next year for love and war.

But she was so desperate to get title of most filmfare actress award wins that she even purchased it for jigra inspite of knowing she would face backlash n would get heavy trolling 😅

My personal speculation, she’s very nervous about Alpha. If that one tanks, as everyone thinks it might, she and her PR have this record breaking number Filmfares to fall back on.
