Kjo himself said on several roundtables that most of the times even producers as influential as him, give in to star and entourage demands and exorbant salaries despite them hating to do so …because it’s been so normalized in bolly…he literally said I wanna show some delusional actors their opening day and then the salary they want, and ask them to justify it …

A likely theory is , it’s not normalized in Telugu and they have no problems calling this bs out and the inflated sense of self ..,

kudos for generating such narratives this narrative is going on since years now. that whatever she has achieved is due to her pr. i can understand hatred for her. but at least learn to give credit when its due.

south industry is known to be misogynist to actresses. just look at the item numbers of Sreeleela. only the pan india south movies are somehow watchable.

her PR is so powerful that they can even send her to the moon or mars in SpaceX rocket. they can even buy Elon musk

The selective judgement here against an industry you barely have a clue abt, just because things didn’t go her way..

Deepika is a decent actress in Bollywood who works with A listers …she’s not a superstar who can open films at the box office or make them blockbusters with her appearance …she’s not got a personal relationship with these producers for them to put up with what she thinks she’s worth if they believe the market dictates otherwise …

So the narratives that vyjayanti are mysoginists who mistreat actresses is ok ? never heard of it from sridevi, ash, sonali, priety, Mrunal who also worked with them..since the 70s
