Aamir could have very easily cast some kids and made them act.....but he took the actual kids and trained them and made them work....which is so nice
I hope you get what I mean by some kids and actual kids.....didn't know how to put it across without it being sounding offensive and rude......I just believe that each and every kid is so special and deserves the love.
The better way is to address it directly in whichever way you feel comfortable. Because it’s not the words we use but the feeling behind it is what counts. They rather you look them in the eye and treat them like anyone else, not like they are some kind of a project work. I have seen people trying to avoid them in the name of being nice but that only makes them feel more awkward and alienated. Not trying to preach to you but taking this opportunity to try and bring in some awareness.
