We have had generations and generations of women working in the industry AFTER having kids. You make it work.

I can't stand this Vanga but I really don't believe that he was not being reasonable or something, it's very clear that Deepika got greedy and was throwing her weight around - hence was thrown out of the film.

DP just opened up a can of worms. Good for her, not everyone can fight this fights. She started the conversation. She is in s privileged position now to ask for what she thinks is her right, the other person only has to say yes or no.
