To be fair, SRK advised Aish (more than once) to leave Salman and especially at that fatal day when Salman created havoc on the Chalte set, he said she should stay, he would support her. Salman made a lot of noise and the parents said they would call the police. After that, the same night, the accident happened...

Btw, SRK wasn't the only one to produce the movie and got advised to change the heroine. Also the distributor (UTV) wanted a quick solution as there was a date for the release.

I don’t understand why such thread is made again and again whatever happened between Salman and Aish they have moved past it I don’t know why fans can’t do the same. If this thread was to defend Salman it does nothing but invite bashing him and Sohail’s statement even make any sense. It’s no secret that Salman used to drink a lot and then harass Aish on the sets of films and at home so it’s not hard to think he probably was abusive towards her because alcohol and domestic violence go hand in hand. Whatever the case might be both have moved on and fans should do the same.

Let’s get one thing straight someone can be an opportunist, shallow, attention seeking, cold or whatever else people want to accuse her of but that doesn’t mean they deserve to be physically, emotionally or sexually abused and it doesn’t give a pass to the person who does.

It didn't embarrass her, it embarrassed Salman who she wanted to portray as the harraser and she succeeded. He got the heat while Ash successfully portrayed herself as the victim. Ash talking about the alleged abuse should be taken with a grain of salt because she has been called out for her lies internationally many times.

She said she hasn't done nudity but she has done plenty of nudity in Mistress of Spices, Shabd, Chokher Bali.

She came up with the Salman abuse story when she wanted to break up with him after using him shamelessly for her career. She was a flop and was struggling to get good movies when she started dating Salman. For four years (1998-2002), she was happily in a relationship with Salman, spent time with his family, and praised him in interviews because she was getting movies through him. Her parents were also happy because he was taking their daughter to exclusive events and introduced her to Bollywood's inner circle. When she became famous through the movies she got through Salman's connections, she wanted to break it off since he wasn't needed anymore. When he refused to end the relationship, she portrayed him as a harraser and her parents went to the police station to file a complaint against him. A few months later she came up with the abuse story which was the best way to get rid of him. How convenient LOL.

She didn't speak about the abuse once. She yelled it at the top of her lungs for years and issued multiple statements against him over the years. Her PR recycles the abuse story every week to showcase her as the forever victim.

No one in Bollywood believed her lies when she came up with the unsubstantiated abuse allegations because they knew the truth. Even her in-laws don't believe her and go out of their way to greet her alleged "abuser".

Months ago I did not claim that Aishwarya pushed Salman out of a moving car. It's an old news from their dating days. Someone found it and posted it on BBNG sub but her PR who manages the sub quickly deleted it.

You are rambling as usual, going in circles , saying contradictory things. So she is a user who had been using him (quite likely) and then she suddenly decided he was not usable anymore. Why? Why did she feel he wasn't needed anymore ? Because Vivek Oberoi was an upgrade from Salman in terms of her career ? Lol. Do you even realise how stupid that sounds ? They were a popular pair. He's a big name. They had just had a hit. People were dying to see them together again. Dumping him would have been the last thing she would have done if she really wanted to use him. She may or may not have 'used' Vivek and yes she has told all those lies but none of that in any way means Salman was not abusive. All the lies she's told are harmless self serving ones that everyone tells. Nobody's life was ruined by what she said about being offered this Hollywood movie or that. Salman on the other hand ,after KILLING someone after driving in a drunken when he didn't even have a license to use when sober, lied that he didn't do it ,intimidated another man and FRAMED him. Salman is a criminal. A repeat offender. Despite all the bitchiness and fakeness Aishwarya is way more dignified than he ever will be. You can try white washing him all you want but you ll only look stupid.

And that screenshot you've posted again doesn't mean anything. She has never spoken about her relationship with him .

Just because a woman doesn't fit the stereotype of a battered victim or a 'damsel in distress' it doesn't mean she wasn't abused for whatever short period of time. Strong independent rich women get abused too and just because they are privileged in other ways or are doing well now it doesn't make them any less of victims.

People don't have much to talk negatively about Aish.She never created issues or controversies. Hence these kinds of useless threads pop up always...

I agree with that. I also think that Aish went into a relationship where the expectations by the partners had been different. I think the biggest set back that made the relationship openly going downhill had been the casting and shooting of Devdas:

Salman tried to use her success to his advantage by spinning this used me narrative but it doesn't make sense because she dumped him when she could have used him the most. Look where staying in his good books got Katrina. He would have looked nice in Devdas though , maybe as one of Madhuri's patrons at the Kotha. With his pretty eyes and all that grandeur around it would have made for some good photography.

I remember reading about that thorn thing long ago. But Anupama may have embellished the story a bit. It's nasty that so many people keep romanticising this so called love story even when one of them has said it was unpleasant for her .

Regarding SRK and Chalte Chalte I agree with you. Cant blame him for replacing her. As a producer he had more than his own interests to guard. Aish would have ruined that role anyway with her overacting. Rani was perfect.
