I'm hearing some positive reviews from the most unlikely sources like left leaning youtubers. Mostly people are appreciative of her efforts to play Mrs Gandhi but are critical about her directorial efforts and writing.

The biggest mystery is why she chose to name the movie emergency when she actually is showing the important events in political life and personal life of Mrs Gandhi.

This seems to be more or less unbiased account of the life and times of Mrs G.

We don't know the repercussions on the first version of the movie before the changes done (because of the Censor Board).

Nevertheless, I can relate to the criticism about Kangana's directorial prowess...it fits to the kind of hybris she seems to have.

Not yet...but she messed with Manikarnika with her directing, so I suppose that what had been written here may be correct...I'll watch it nevertheless to get an own opinion.
