True. Also I feel retirement age should be increased. Retiring at 60 is depressing. It should be at least 70. Old people face so much problems. At least give them something to rely on. There is no safety after retiring.

Working 90 hours for your own company is not the same as working 90 hours for someone else ….when it’s ur own company the stakes are higher and so is the profit if things work out…an employee ain’t gonna get paid in crores for the 90 hours of work he does…they will only get their salary as per contract and in best case a bonus or an annual promotion …their motivation and incentive is much lower than yours and they will rightfully only work the contracted 40 or so hours …

They treat their spouse and their family poorly and dont give them any time, because they are on a power trip at the office by making their employees work like workhorses.

And LnT's statement in response is so pathetic.
