Bhai tumlogo ko zindegi mein chahiye keya?!! At least for one year,i want internet banned in whole world bas khatam karo jobless people ke panchayet

As far as I know, commercial surrogacy got banned last year in India. Only altruistic surrogacy (by a 25+ year married female relative, only in case of proven medical issues) is allowed.

Good luck to the couple - I am sure they are used to random people saying random things and it should not have any impact whatsoever.
