You can’t put unidimensional actresses like Vidya (she has herself admitted that she sucks in commercial films) and Tabu (sucks in commercial films) along with Sridevi. A Rani can be compared with Sridevi because they have played varied characters in the commercial space , being a commercial heroine . A Vidya or Tabu are not heroines , they are mere actresses . And who acts better is subjective . I think Rani is a Giant acting talent and none of the actresses you mentioned have remotely tried a mascular/physical performance with emotional depth like Black or Hichki . You can start disliking Rani but she’s not over appreciated . Infact her dancing skills are superlative which hardly gets mentioned , even her versatility is often overlooked .Originally posted by: sharaban
