What would happen to Alia without KJo?

If KJo didn’t help her, then what would happen to her? I bet she would get launched by the Bhatt camp and do some movies like Raaz or Murder. She would be the female version of Hashmi and then disappear after few years later with the serial kisser tag. Also, why is KJo helping her so much? Other star kids doesn’t get the privilege like she is getting. Her dad Mahesh Bhatt was not some big star. He mostly made B-grade movies with bad qualities and he is a very controversial guy. He is more like Harvey Weinstein of Bollywood. Jhanvi, Sara and other star kids doesn’t get much privilege from KJo like Alia is getting despite being star kids. Their parents were bigger than Mahesh Bhatt. So why Alia is so special to him? She is more like a child to him.
