Sunny tends to turn back to his established heroines like Amisha and Preity. Shilpa has done several films with Sunny so it makes sense that he would use her again as well.

I've never seen Apne but Shilpa was in that and we know Sunny and Bobby are planning on Apne 2 so we could see Shilpa return in that as well. Shilpa has likely become his other repeat heroine alongside Amisha and Preity.

She's actually worked more with Sunny. Their films together just aren't that well known. They were in Farz, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy, and Bhaiaji Superhit. The Hero was actually the third highest grossing movie of 2003 after Kal Ho Naa Ho and Koi Mil Giya so Preity was in the top three movies of that year.

With Bobby, she's been in Soldier and Jhoom Barabar Jhoom. Counting cameos, they come together in Om Shanti Om's Deewangi Deewangi and in Dillagi, after Urmila rejects Bobby for Sunny, Bobby gets Preity in a cameo appearance. If you count cameos, then Preity has more appearances with Bobby.

I've never seen Heroes so I don't know if Preity had screentime with Bobby or Sunny in that movie. I just know she played Salman's wife.

I just checked. She worked with Sunny more than Bobby. She worked with older actors a lot more than the younger ones.

Here’s more. She went on record claiming Sunny to be her most favorite costar.

Preity did worked with sunny deol. She does very well in Punjabi character roles.

Excited to see Preeti again onscreen. I am glad that her bonding with Deol brothers is still intact.

I really wanted her to have some kind of flashback cameo in the last Krrish film too, but the makers said that "there was no chance for Preeti Zinta to come back".` I am sure Priyanka would be back considering she was the lead in last two Krrish films & was approached by the Roshans.
