It's okay if muslims are terrorists, rapist, alcoholic and criminals in the movies because it matches the agenda that news and everywhere they are carrying for muslims to be right? so every movie we show the bad people as muslim and it's okay.

Even the examples you gave are faulty , forget your statement.

In PV, no doubt Khilji was shown as bad ( also I've problem with the statement that showing someone as gay is in and of itself a bad thing. ) , but they showed his wife who is also of the same religion as good and kind , even helping PD and king in jailbreak ,which btw wasn't how it happened . It was done to glorify her.

On the other hand , a Bramhin priest is shown as a creep and betraying the country. A snake.

So , if it at all targeted any religion, it's kind of difficult to say which one .. isn't it 🤔 .

In Animal too they showed Bobby's character as villain and his brothers, but it's not that they showed Ranbir's character as a goody goody boy , did they ! I mean that's the whole shocking element of Animal. Samajh na mushkil hai kaun hero hai aur kaun villain.

So what agenda 🤔.. every movie showing Hindus as bad ?

Who the hell came up with this term love jihad?

What is it called when a Muslim girl marries a Hindu guy? That happens often too.

The Constitution-enshrined fundamental rights of two adults?

Should be the same in all cases

Not fair to come up with a derogatory term for just one situation that fits their agenda

For that, one would have to see women as individual human beings with fundamental rights and the mental capacity to decide for herself.

And that is too much hard work for people across the spectrum.

It seems to be more common in movies too. Veer-Zaara, Ishaqzaade, Gadar, Ek Tha Tiger, Pathaan, Raanjhanaa, and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

I think the issue is ki why a Hindu, Brahmin at that, needs to do namaaz while cooking a briyani.

Imma not get into the religion debate, but spoiler alert for the movie

Nayan's character aces all dishes, except Biryani, so she asks her Muslim friend's mom why her Biryani during Eid (? Yaad nahi, i fast forwarded) doesn't taste good. In the climax, when she has to cook biryani, she starts saying namaaz before cooking, and when asked the reason, she says because her devotion to the Almighty goes in the food and her Biryani tastes "complete".

Now, har koi Jo Biryani banata, woh toh Aisa nahi karta, so point kya tha scene tha? Even her competitor doesn't need that sorta thing. Secularism? That turned out well! The character already had too many difficulty levels to deal with it honestly felt pointless. I can't even say that she couldn't connect with the dish and hence needed help, because she can cook all other cuisines.

Abhi I want Biryani too🤦‍♀️ I might have goofed up the scene(s) but I don't think this was worth taking the movie down, especially when hella more problematic stuff is out that

I don't understand why people are so crazy about Biryani, it is practically rice. I have never tried it

I haven't seen the movie and reading things here, being a Hindu, I have no issues with it. If someone wants to do namaz before cooking, it is their personal preference, it doesn't affect me or my faith in God

I don't support ban/boycott of anything
