Let's take your number 20. 20 active members posted about a upcoming film. 16 were positive, 4 negative.

16 positive comments = 16 members talking about that film in positive way to whoever they talk. If they talk to 10 ppl each, it gets 160 positive WOM. Then further chain continue.

Same way negative but in lesser number.

Anyways, I get interested sometimes to watch a movie if lauded in a certain way but I am also aware that fandoms are reviewing movies relative to their inclinations.
