Haha it taste fine not burnt. It was just little fire not that long time. Have you not seen food shows where they do similar?

There is one Indian dessert which is put inside charcoal stove fire namely Chhena Poda from Odisha. It is made up of Paneer. Authentic ones atleast. It tastes so yummm
