Disha had witnessed something at a party...she called Sushant and told him because both had witnessed something similar at a former party (when Disha still had been his manager)...they thought they should tell it to the police...then Disha 'died' and Sushant got scared for his own life...some days later, he 'died', too.

I don't know what to believe anymore but I do think both of the dying within days of each other is very odd.
