Probably JoJoba alerted her about her handsome hunk’s two timing and that’s how he’s supposed to be ‘the reason’ for (almost) breakup.
Also regarding Anshula, I feel it’ll be very difficult for her to accept any woman in her brother’s life not just Malaika. I sense they never were in very great terms.
